RULES AND REGULATIONS Claiborne Lake May 3rd
1. Legal Fishing Waters:
You may fish all water that is publicly accessible
on Claiborne Lake.
2. Entry Fee and Registration:
Entry fee is $170 and may be paid at: Toledo
Tackle in Monroe and West Monroe, The Honey
Hole in West Monroe, Terzia's Tackle in Ruston,
and the Farmerville Flower Shop in Farmerville
until 5:00pm Friday may 2nd. All entries after
that deadline must be paid at Kels Cove.
. Entry must be paid before fishing. Make checks payable to North
Central Louisiana Teams. The Big Bass
fruit jar is $10. The angler that has the big bass
of the event will receive all of the money in the fruit jar. The
heavy stringer fruit jar is $10. The Angler
that weighs-in the heavy stringer of the event
(up to 5 fish) will receive all of the money in the fruit jar.

3. Launch and Tournament Hours:
Launch anywhere on tournament waters after
4:00 am Saturday May 3rd.. Start fishing at 5:30am.
Pay back Hours will be: 8,10, 12noon,2, 4, 6,
4. Hourly Updates:
Updates will be sent out two times per period by
group text. If you want to receive the hourly
updates you must include your cell phone # on
this application. We will give previous hours
results and present hour leaders.
5. Off Limits:
NO FISHING ON TOURNAMENT WATERS AFTER
12:00 NOON ON FRIDAY MAY 2ND.
6. Scoreing and Weigh-Ins:
No fish under 12 inches in length may be weighed
in. Only Largemouth and Spotted Bass may be
weighed-in. No contestant may have more than
(3) bass in their possession at any time during
the event. The tournament director reserves the
right to inspect your boat at any time. NO DEAD
FISH WILL BE WEIGHED-IN. The tournament
director ONLY will determine whether a fish is
alive or dead.
Contestants may weigh-in as many fish as they
like during the event. Contestants may weigh-in
as many fish as they like per hour, HOWEVER,
individual contestants can only win one place
per hour. Fish weights will not be carried ahead
to later hours for Big Bass. Contestants can win
only one overall Big Bass prize and only one
overall heavy stringer prize. Weigh-In site will be
Kels Cove You may come by boat or trailer to weigh-in'
7. Tackle and Equipment:
No trolling with combustion engine is allowed.
Artificial lures only may be used. Pork trailers
may be used. All equipment that falls under
U.S. COAST GUARD RULES MUST BE IN PROPER
WORKING ORDER.
8. Eligibility:
Entry fee must be paid before fishing. Entrants
16 years or younger must be accompanied by
an adult with written permission to participate
in this event. Contestants may fish alone or
with another contestant. All occupants of a
boat must be paid contestants.
9. Disqualification:
Failure to obey all State, Local and Federal
laws will be grounds for DQ. Displaying poor
sportsmanship will be grounds for DQ. Coast
Guard approved flotation devices must be
worn while boat is on plane. You may not
leave boat to land fish or access water. All
fish must be caught in a legal manner during
tournament hours and from tournament
waters. No fishing within 25 yards of another
boat that is anchored or tied and with
trolling motor out of the water.
10. Protests:
All Protest must be submitted to the director
in writing.
11. Polygraph
Polygraph test may be given randomly and
must be passed. By signing this entry form
contestants agree to submit to the polygraph
test if requested by the tournament director.

9:00pm Friday June 6th and again beginning at
